We drive very little anymore due to age but we are treated like youngsters. Everyone is pleasant and goes out of their way to make sure we are satisfied. And we are.

Everyone at the dealership was great to deal with, it was the cost and expenses that added up that I was not happy with. There was one (1) bent engine rod and the mechanic wanted to change them all out, which didn't make sense to me and even recommended me for a new engine. I get it, everyone is trying to sell additional parts and a new engine replacement to get the bigger $$$, but paying $15,000.00 for a job that could cost 2 to 3 thousand is just clearly ripping off your customers. Then there was damage to my key fob, but Hertrick is taking care of it. THANK YOU
